India is, is an international digital based Photography and Video competition, conceptualised, executed and curated by Skarma in association with the Public Diplomacy Division since 2011. It encourages photography and videography enthusiasts from all over the world to showcase the uniqueness and strong culture of India.

India is, is an international digital based Photography and Video competition, conceptualised, executed and curated by Skarma in association with the Public Diplomacy Division since 2011. It encourages photography and videography enthusiasts from all over the world to showcase the uniqueness and strong culture of India.
 
As part of the design team at Skarma, my role was to use the existing branding and create a new and fresh visual communication language for the 2013 Photography Challenge, that would be translated across all print, digital and event collaterals.
 
My ideation started off with using 3D paper pop-ups and eventually creating digital versions of them. I was inspired by the camera along with the patterns present around its lens. 
 
Please note I have no ownership of this property. I was only resposible for designing the visual communication for 2013.

The Themes for the 2013 Photography challenge were Youthful, Timeless and Undiscovered. This message, along with other contest and sponsor information details had to conveyed through the outreach posters and advertisements.
